Update Version 1.1

While this game was a just a small game jam project, I decided to update it with some bug fixes and improvement.

Things changed in this update include:

- 100 questions (previously only 60 of them worked due to an error on my part)

- Questions no longer repeat

- Added options to change the volume of music and SFX

- Battle animations have been sped up and can even be disabled from the options menu if preferred

- a pause menu has been added

- successfully healing now grants more health

- audio has been balanced

- other small bug fixes and improvements
