Peter is a dog that likes to play and have fun with his owner Joey. Wanting their fun to never end, Joey made Peter a special dog collar that allows him to clone himself and rewind time whenever he gets hurt.

One day, Joey accidentally opens a portal to another dimension where evil dogs are planning world domination. With his special collar and a tennis ball launcher, Peter decides to destroy the robot dog army.
